The Hampstead XMAS Festival is in the High Street on Sunday 12 from noon to 5pm, with music stage from 3pm; Films for children at the Everyman from 10.30 followed by a treasure hunt. Spoken Word Festival continues at the Roundhouse, featuring poetry slams, theatre and more, has cheap tickets for 16 to 25s and ‘The Roundhouse Poets Hit The Streets’ is FREE to listen to online. Photography exhibition, ‘Fractured London’ starts the following week at the Free Space Gallery at Queen’s Crescent GP Practice.

‘Our Glass House’ is a performance based on real life testimony about how people deal with domestic violence, that is set in an actual house loaned by Camden Council, Tel 0844 77 1000; ‘Wasted’ is on at the Last Word Festival of spoken word, story telling and live performance’ at The Roundhouse; London Irish Film Festival runs from 20th-24th and is followed by the Feminist Festival from Sunday 24th. ‘Loudest Whisper’ is soliciting artwork for the open category of its LGBT History Month next February. The weekend of 15th & 16th has the first ever (Emily) Wilding Festival at St George’s Church, Bloomsbury; Camden events for National Bike Festival all week; British Library seminar on impact of Social Media with Professors Helen Margetts and David Gauntlett; Open City Docs Festival comes ot Euston, Bloomsbury Theatre and University College. There is advance warning of the rooftop Bar-B-Q at Maiden Lane Community Centre on Saturday 29th June and news of the Summer Holiday PlayScheme at Camden Square which has breakfast club, extended day and core day for children aged 4 to 12 years of age.
