The Ding Dong
Jo Lynch has lived near the Islington/Camden border all her life. As a child she’d walk from her home in Islington over to the land where the Maiden Lane Estate is to play. Back then, this was a wasteland with a band of misfits hanging out on it and an adventure play park. It went by the name of the Ding Dong.

What's On in Camden, week beginning 9th April 2017
During the Easter school holidays, there are lots of things for children to do (most of them for free) at Camden Libraries, in Camley Gardens Natural Park, on Maiden Lane Estate and at Camden Lock. After Easter, classes start again. There is ESOL, IT, Digital camera use and lots more.

Interview with Seb Willan: musician and circus impresario
Seb Willan came in to talk to Freddy and to play some of his tunes. As well as discussing music, they dealt with Scottish Independence and Seb’s incredible project of starting a State Circus for Hackney.

What's On In Camden - 28th September 2014
For residents of the Maiden Lane Estate, there is a meeting this week to decide how to spend compensation money from the building works; for everyone living and working in Camden there are meetings being held to discuss the impacts of HS2; Ruth O’Callaghan’s poetry nights are back at the Trinity United Reform Church; The Fiddler’s Elbow has a fantastic week of live music in store for you; Proud Camden is all fired up to welcome students back to the borough.

Camden Newscast June 2014
In this months Newscast, Sarah O’Brien gets views from Islington Council and The Mount Pleasant Association about the Royal Mail Group’s development proposal for the Mount Pleasant sorting office site. So far councils and local community groups object to this proposal but Mayor Johnson has taken it out of their hands and is due to make a decision at the end of July, public consultation ends on the 27th June.
Freddy Chick talks to residents of the Regents Park Estate about the loss of 168 council homes and businesses in Drummond Street, who are all set to lose their properties to make way for HS2.
Ann Carroll talks to Colin Blunstone from the 60’s band the Zombies, about his solo work, touring fifty years after you started and further albums with the Zombies.
