Director Sally Wood and the cast and crew of Camden Fringe comedy, ‘How To Win At Break Ups’ talk to Alix Hattenstone about their hilarious and emotional show. Based on recorded interviews, this show looks at the age-old question of how to be happy again after heartbreak, and the even more pressing question – should you like his Instagram or not?

Kickstarting New Careers Through Access Courses
Matthew Clarke and Bradley Moon both left school at 16 with low qualifications. Matthew struggled with dyslexia and a lack of support at school. Bradley wasn’t interested in education, preferring to play football. Later in life, they each discovered the Access to Higher Education Programme, which has changed their lives. Here they talk with Camden Community Radio’s Alix Hattenstone about how Matthew has graduated with a first class Degree in Sports Science and Bradley is going into the third year of a Degree in Biomedical Science.

Healthwatch Camden Reports on local Care Homes
Anna Wright tells how Healthwatch Camden was about to use its powers to visit and check on the quality of local care homes when it heard that ‘Independent Age’ was keen to develop indicators to help ordinary people to assess the quality of care homes they might think of using. The resulting collaboration was so successful that Independent Age is recommending that all MPs get their local Healthwatch to inspect and report on their local care homes using the eight quality indicators that they have developed.

Ade Durojaiye talks about an event on Spiritual healing organised by The Servers Society, in connection with Women & Health, Camden.
The Servers Society is a school of thought founded in Athens, Greece in 1980. Its teachings focus on the well-being, harmony and balance that people have the potential to achieve in everyday life.
The president of the Servers Society, Mr Andrés Dritsas, will be giving a speech on “Spiritual healing, a way of life: firing up our self- healing powers”.
