Irene McGarvey Talks to Upbeat
Music brings people together in SO many different ways: be it playing in a band, learning how to play an instrument, taking part in workshops OR going to a gig!
Upbeat is a creative user-led arts organisation which uses music to providing an inclusive service to individuals recovering from mental health issues.
Lucia Way, the Director of UPBEAT talks to CCRadio’s Irene McGarvey about the background of the organisation, working in partnership, success stories, funding and THE FUTURE!
